patsylabrador Posted January 13, 2017 Share Posted January 13, 2017 I'm a bit proud of my three old ladies but I guess what happened is down to their experience. For some reason a variety of animals walk through our garden, down the narrow gap where they can check out the road in safety before crossing it and making it to the tube line. I've been aware that cats hate the noise the chickens make and take the furthest route away from them slinking down very low. The chickens stopped yelling a year or so ago and just watch them with beady eyes. I was surprised today to see a big fox doing exactly the same, it's whole body language was that of a scared animal. It slunk down low and moved very fast but kept looking over at the chickens. I thought I'd seen this before but wasn't sure.
