Debs66
Hi - new to the forum so apologies in advance if I am in the wrong place or if this has been raised before. I bought an Eglu Go a couple of weeks ago - without the run. Then ordered the run a few days ago as decided I did need one after all. bit I am having one heck of a time trying to fit it. The roof of the run does not stay in place at the front of the Eglu and keeps popping out. The section just seems to big or just the wrong shape. The other roof sections are in halves so I know I am trying to fit the right one. I’m on the verge of giving up completely and sending it back. As I have nearly launched it down the paddock a few times this afternoon. anyone got any useful advice or had a similar experience? thanks in advance
Cat tails
Do you have an Up or regular Go? Could you post a photo of your roof? Here is a picture of my roof, but I have a Go Up.
Debs66
Hi Cat tails It’s a regular Go. Thanks for your photo. Mine just doesn’t sit right like yours. So frustrating. Took 3 hours of trying just to put it all back in the box 😂😂
Cat tails
If I remember right, it took some swearing for me too. Felt the panel was too flat to really fit in the ridge.
Farmer Dan
I am glad to know I’m not the only person with this problem. I would love to know the solution because my top rear panel of the run also doesn’t fit with the side panels. It seems like I was sent the wrong size or something. Is that what happened?
