Posted September 5, 2007 Share Posted September 5, 2007 i have just taken Ethan to playschool (he went back yesterday for the whole day & was fine, he is only there mornings Wed, Thurs & Fri & he screamed for the first time today when I left him...) Anyway, while I was trying to distract him I noticed a book which some children were reading. It was a hard backed picture book called 'Speckled Hen and the Three Little Eggs", I don't know who wrote it but it is published by Ted Smart. When the hen's tail is moved the book makes a chickeny noise, & the three little eggs are actually tiny books that fit in holes in the big book! It was really lovely, & I have just googled for it but can't find any trace of it. Anybody know of this book? I will have to ask tomorrow morning at playschool to find out more!
