Bullseye on yoke but no cockerel?

Hiya, can any one help me identify what these white spots on the yoke are. I have one ex caged hen who routinely lays egg after egg with these white spots (some have rings around them unlike this most recent one) but we don’t have a cockerel so they aren’t fertilised. Do any of you get these?

That's not a bullseye on the yolk, just a normal looking Blastodisc, see diagram below, so not fertilised

This photo probably shows it better, although they are both slightly confused with their terms - the label bottom left which reads 'not fertile' should read 'not fertilised'. It does annoy me - sorry
