ive never made quiche before, is there a fool proof recipe?

Yes.

 

There is one on the receipe sticky. Page 6 about half way down.

It uses a ready made pastry case, and is very easy to make.

I made a quiche 2 weeks ago, first one in years . I used 2 recipes and then did my own thing because i couldn't work out why they differed so much. My ready made pastry case was too dry and split so I ended up having to make a wholemael base. Amazingly everyone loved it and I added extras like tewkesbury mustard to perk it up. Will do it again!

 

Wish I'd checked the sticky though!!

 

 

I think cooking is about just having a go and believing you can do it. Go on have a go, you'll be amazed
