I made a quiche 2 weeks ago, first one in years :oops: . I used 2 recipes and then did my own thing because i couldn't work out why they differed so much. :?:wink: My ready made pastry case was too dry and split so I ended up having to make a wholemael base. Amazingly everyone loved it and I added extras like tewkesbury mustard to perk it up. Will do it again!


Wish I'd checked the sticky though!! :x:wink:



I think cooking is about just having a go and believing you can do it. Go on have a go, you'll be amazed :shock::D
