chicklit Posted October 31, 2007 Share Posted October 31, 2007 Hi Matthew, I also received my eglu and three lovely chicks last Thursday. Must say it feels as though I have had them longer. They are so tame and affectionate, eating out of my hand and allowing me to pick them up for cuddles. They have been out in the garden for an hour each afternoon this week and they have loved it and kept me amused with their antics. I rush home from work now to spend an hour with them in the garden, Luckily I work in a school and am home at 4 o'clock otherwise I would not see much of them now that the days are shorter. Even my husband is besotted with them. Can't think why we have not had chickens before. Hope you are enjoying yours as much as we are.
