Pro - Does anyone else's nest boxes get soaked in rain?

I've been admiring everyone's chicken photos and galleries - how do you do it? Do you have to get your photos hosted by, for example, photobucket to be able to make a gallery? And how do you get the little ladies to stay still???? Whenever I try to photograph all 3 of them together there's always one of them with a blurred head!!!!

Yes...use Photobucket.
