theherd123 Posted December 9, 2007 Share Posted December 9, 2007 I love quiche too I tend to make up the filling as i go along so no exact measurements im afraid Depending on how big your pastry case is you can use up to 5 eggs. I add the veg to the case then I beat the eggs, add some single cream, salt and pepper and finally the cheese then pour it into the case.
