You have to wonder if they were all the wrong one. The first one got sent back to OO by the useless delivery co. Second one got sent back from the delivery co as damaged. Third one is wrong.

 

Of course I've just realised that I won't be here on Saturday morning I hope Mum didn't plan to go out!

OK so it's Saturday

 

I wasn't home this morning as I stayed overnight in Brighton (did I mention I was going to see The Jam???). James slept in till around 8am (funny how he NEVER does that when I'm home!!!) when he got up Mum had thought she heard a knock at the door - which is what roused him. She opened the door and found a parcel on the step.

 

Its the CORRECT Wormery

 

BUT

 

This was supposed to be a "swapover" yet they havn't taken the wrong one which is in my hall.

 

Now do I phone Original Organics and tell them this or do I wait for them to tell me??

 

Also the new wormery didn't have any worms with it, instead it had a voucher to send off to get the worms (never requested the voucher). Fortunately I had already arranged to keep the worms that came with the original one, now they are burrowing down in the new wormery all set up and sitting in my kitchen.

 

FINALLY I have a wormery, well I have 2 but not sure if the second one is staying (it wasn't just the wormery either but the deluxe kit with insulating jacket, collection tub, stand, book and everything)

 

I think I'll wait and see what happens.

I'd tend to phone OO and suggest they let you keep the deluxe kit as compensation for the time and effort that _you_ put into getting the item you'd ordered.

 

The courier costs for them to retrieve it would probably make this attractive to them.

 

You can then keep or eBay it!
