Becka Posted December 30, 2007 Share Posted December 30, 2007 I make rolls using my bread maker's dough program but I am having quite a few people tomorrow night and probably require more than one batch. Has anyone made bread/rolls, part baked them and completed the cooking the next day? I'm thinking something along the lines of supermarket part baked baguettes sort of style - hopefully! Lesley Posted December 30, 2007 Share Posted December 30, 2007 I think it would work if you part cooked them until pale gold colour and then popped them into the fridge in a bag. ........complete the baking next day in a very hot oven.
