Cat tails
When guinea pigs are acclimatised to outside conditions properly, they can withstand low temperatures quite well. But this only accounts for normal haired pigs. Long haired, teddies etc won’t do so well. A friend of mine has her pigs outside year round, free ranging her garden. But she does place their hutch in the garage in cold weather for extra protection. As long as their run is dry and mostly draft free, they should be fine for average winter temps.
