Mk2 I would say. That’s the new model.

I’ve just purchased a used Eglu and am wondering which model it is. What are the differences between an mk1 and mk2, please?

The Eglu Cube Mk1 was a model produced before September 2016 and sold until up January 2017. The Eglu Cube Mk2 is the version currently sold and available since September 2016. The easiest way to differentiate them is the ladder. The Eglu Cube Mk1 had a plastic ladder and the Eglu Cube Mk2's is metal.
