Chicken lost neck feathers

Hi I’m looking for some advice please. I have 2 backyard hens and over the last year one of my hens has lost all her neck feathers. We’ve tried giving her tonics/extra protein treats/mite powder etc but we’re at a loss as to what’s wrong?! She’s eating well and seems energetic and happy. I’m not sure how to add pictures. Any suggestions welcome. Thanks
