Ain't Nobody Here
Hi I've only ever given my girls the leafy tops of strawberries but they certainly loved them. (I kept the strawberries for myself .)
v2002brown
That did make me laugh...quite agree with you just that i brought too many left them in fridge, forgot i brought them and now they have to all be eaten today so lucky hens eh! Ain't Nobody Here
And I thought you were just spoiling your girls (I never do that ). I would think over-ripe strawberries are OK - but what's the worst that can happen (watch that poo tray ).
Egluntyne
Mine love strawberries. They usually just get the tops. Poo alert! It can make the poo look as if they are having a major internal haemhorrage....identifiable red chunks....rather alarming the first time you see it! Laura & CTB
Poo alert! It can make the poo look as if they are having a major internal haemhorrage....identifiable red chunks....rather alarming the first time you see it! I can vouch for that
