sihill
I'm in Hilsea too. I have quite a small garden, three bantams and an eglu. They love the garden but don't need much room and don't dig the grass up too much as they only have tiny feet. They don't like to free range too far from me so I can easily pick them out of the pots I don't want weeded!

sarahboo
Hi All We are in Botley with our 3 chooks. Usually buy our pellets, grit, corn etc from Botley Mill - sometimes Kitnocks Farm. Usually have our Eglu and run on bark chip in a designated area but have moved it onto grass now the weather is drier - move it every couple of days. Foxes have appeared in the field next to our house in the last couple of weeks - the first time since we got our chooks in January.
