Since fitting my chickens with bumper bits the weekend (see my messages under 'Chicken Bullying') there have been a lot less droppings in the tray. Do bumper bits hinder their ability to eat? Laura & CTB Posted April 1, 2008 Share Posted April 1, 2008 HI Steph - the only thing my Prada couldnt do was bite into an apple - everything else she found no problem. It might take her a couple of days to figure it out though. She shouldnt have any problems with mash or pellets so just keep an eye out for her to make sure she's eating okay.
