craftyhunnypie
Just had delivery of some limestone flour off ebay for the older Omlet girls - hopefully it will help with Audrey's perfect but paper thin shelled eggs. I'm pleased with the flour, but in the parcel there are some seeds called Sainfoin that tell me to plant outside in soil in pots. The seeds look like teeny weeny tortoise shells! What on earth plant will they grow into? Help Emma.x
Tessa the Duchess
Just Googled Sainfoin. Seems to be a perrenial with pink flowers, used to feed cattle etc., because it does not cause bloating Tessa
bellekatz
Its a perennial clover like herb that tortoises can eat - Did the flour come off a seller for tortoises?
