chelsea
I personally wouldnt give cat food as a "treat". catfood has been given to moulting hens before as extra protein to help a hen get over a moult, or some people have caught their hens eating out the cat bowl accidently! Egluntyne
I have given mine organic cat food during a moult to get extra protein into them to help them grow new feathers. **Defra advise against feeding meat s"Ooops, word censored!"s to poultry.
