I really want to build a a big run to replace the eglu run, but unfortunatley do not have the money or space to do it. sooo, I want to make my current eglu run as interesting as possible. Does anyone have some good ideas, or better still some pictures of what they have done to make it more fun for the chickens without taking up all of their running around space? Scotty Posted April 9, 2008 Share Posted April 9, 2008 We have some Mini Disc's hanging on string from the roof, they are shinny and move in the wind, they seem to like to peck at these. I also have a small ball in the run which they like to peck at - of course we also have their dustbath full of earth and wood ash which they seem to like and I do sprinkle corn and dried raisins onto the floor so they can scratch around for food. However, I was wondering if anyone had made anything permanent or large that was successful. I am up for a bit of reonvating, but not sure what would be practical!
