4m x 3m Omlet pen, cube, new auto door still boxed and coop light

Hi,

 

My new girls who arrived on Sunday, have settled in very well, and quickly worked out how to take themselves off to bed at dusk. During the day, they have been happily scratching around in their run, however today have spent most of the afternoon in their roosting box. Is this normal?. Do I just leave them there or get them out?. They are young pekin bantams by the way.
