Why do my 3 girls keep tapping on my patio window? I'm on my own and have come over all Tippi Hedren....

mine gather outside the backdoor and peck, I think my girls much prefer it when im out in the garden with them, we do go in the garden a lot but we cant be with them all the time!

 

My lot scare me sometimes when they are chasing me when I have something in my hand (if im going to the recycling bin).....all i can hear is pitter patter behind me.

They just want to be in there with you - not sure if that makes you feel better or worse !

Oh, and don't make the mistake of leaving your window open, or, as I found on Sunday, they WILL be in with you !

Yeah would agree there, definately don't leave the door or window open, cause they will be in. One of ours keeps coming in the conservatory, and she even walked through the kitchen and through to the living room!! she came in the conservatory and took a peck out of hubby's prized tomatoe plants!! They just want to be with you, they love company and to see what you are doing.

I did suspect they were just being nosy, we also have the light on so wondered if that was attracting them too. Wouldn't mind but am trying to watch the footie!! Bless them, will be out there tomorrow night weather permitting

If we leave the door open they rush in and nick the cats food. He's too scared to chase them away, he just sulks.

 

They haven't learnt to use the cat flap yet, although i'm secretly hoping they do

 

When mine start following me around the garden, i used to run up and down a few times, they soon give up. Unfortunately i can't run now, i'll have to put up with my groupies all summer.
