She had been acting funny this morning and going in and out of the eglu, plus Vivienne has been making a lot of fuss!

When we just got back from a very wet dog walk, there was a little perfect egg in the nesting box - a humble 43g!!

Vivienne was sitting on the nesting box Hence why we aren't completely sure whose it is, they always have to confuse things, don't they?! But we're pretty certain it's Queeny's because of it's size and her behaviour!!

Our girls' combs are all getting bigger and redder so I think it's only a matter of days before they all lay. As for acting strange, how can you tell the difference, ours act strange all the time??

She seemed more unsettled, quieter than usual and flapping about!!

And.... yes, Vivienne has laid her egg today

So it definately was McQueen's first!!
