Hi everyone,

When I hard boil the eggs the shells are difficult to peel off, I`ve used eggs

that are a couple of days old and ones that are a week old and the

result is the same. Can anyone tell me if this is always the case.

I dont keep eggs in the fridge.

After I've boiled mine I cool them completely in cold water to make the shells easier to peel. They're impossible to peel when still warm.

Thats odd because i boiled some for sandwiches yesterday and mine were fine to get off!

I find my hens freshly laid eggs are almost impossible to peel so I use older eggs for hard boiling and the shells come off easily. Week old eggs are best for me.
