Squish
So me and my mum got two chickens and a red eglu from Omet on the 9th of may (yey!) and were eagerly anticipating the arrival of our first yummy eggs from out girls Babs and Ginger! But today as i'm feeling a little mischievous , whilst the chickens are out pottering happily about the garden, I grabbed a supermarket egg from the fridge and scrubbed off the little red lion on it and plonked it into the nest to trick my mum when she gets home! It will just be so funny to watch her hopping about the garden with excitement. Quite funny or a bit cruel and unfair?...i really shouldnt be left with so much time on my hands

BeckyBoo
You're so mean! You'd better let her collect the first REAL egg now. Mrs B
Squish
Its ok, karma has come back to get me once again! The chickens managed to escape through the gate as the bit of wood blocking the hole had been removed. So they wandered out into the road in front of my house and i had to go to try rounding them up in my p.j's with all of my neighbours watching in hysterics! Oh the shame!
