Orange Florentines 400 g Flaked Almonds 150g Icing Sugar Zest of 1 Orange (or lemon or lime) 3 Egg Whites Mix all ingredients with hands. Place dessert spoonsful onto tin lined with baking parchment. Bake for 12 mins at 150C until just going golden. Leave to cool before removing from paper.
