Mel (& Paul) Posted April 26, 2006 Share Posted April 26, 2006 4 eggs, separated 125g(4oz) dark chocolate 2 tbsp fresh orange juice (or liquer of your choice if you drink / are over 18 ) Break up the chocolate and put with the orange juice / liquer in a large bowl over a pan of hot water and stir as it melts, until it resembles whipped cream. Remove from the heat Beat in the egg yolks Whip the egg whites in a clean bowl and fold into the mixture, dont over mix Pour into little ramekins / small glasses and chill for at least 3 hours.
