Today I ordered some more organic layers pellets from Omlet and then finally emailed them about the wheel which broke off a week ago when my son was moving the cube in order to lay some slabs.

 

The pellets were going to be delivered on 9th June, but they are now going to be delivered with the wheel replacement on 5th June and Omlet has waived the delivery charge on the pellets.

 

I am very pleased at how promptly and thoughtfully the problem was addressed!

Yes, I did, and the retrofit thingamajiggy will be included in the delivery. The leak's not been a big problem (only slightly affects the nesting box in the worst weather). The most important thing to me is that I am involved with a supplier who (1) responds quickly; and (2) is willing to put things right.
