BeckyBoo
Could be a couple of things, have you checked for lice? or the other easy guess is could she be moulting? One of ours looks completely oven ready following her moult and STILL hasn't really grown anything back. If she's happy and healthy apart from that I wouldn't worry too much, although when they moult then can stop laying for a while Mrs B
fridgn8er
she is still laying and i don't think she's molting coz its been there for ages + it doesn't look like mites coz it isnt sour and you cann't see any

Karen Pimlott
in her wing pits!!!! ? or actually under her wing, like if she carries it normally & you lifted it up would it be bald underneath on her side so to speak or in her pit?

Egluntyne
Check her carefully for lice and mites. Is her companion pulling her feathers out? Is she doing it to herself? Is she rubbing them off by squeezing through something?
SueChick
I have had the same experience - baldness just under both wings. After months of trying everything else - mites, lice, etc, I have decided it is probably feather pulling and am trying bumper bits to see if the feathers magically reappear. Thought I would let you know my experiences because I truly didn't believe it was feather pulling due to it not being in the usual place (around vent and on back). I have only just put the bit on and am waiting with bated breath to see if I am right and it is her naughty sister doing the pulling rather than herself. I will let you know how I go....
