Egg Lou
Only had girls since this afternoon so could be worrying to soon but.. There is already a real divide in the pecking order.. our pied is lovely with us but a bit of a boosy boots with our bluebelle.. chased her most of afternoon although she was wise enough to stay out of the way.. the others are fine and don't get told off at all! Went out to sort bedtime and three were all in cube with Beanz the Pied sat right in the doorway and poor bluebelle pacing up and down in run as not allowed past Beanz.. (I know she knows where to go as went to bed herself earlier but came back out) I ended up having to catch her and put through egg port but not keen on doing this everynight as too stressful for her and want them all to get along Is it just too early or should I be concerned?? (she was only been with farmer a week compared to 4 weeks with the others) Would welcome any advice if poss?
Egluntyne
They'll all settle down soon enough. It is all a bit strange and new for them. You may have to help them at bedtime for a couple of nights until they get the hang of things.
jess
I have one new ex batt who now after six days is a fully fledged egluer who, even though is picked on a bit in the day time, has her own spot in the eglu. Awwww it makes me so happy just thinking about it!!! ^__^
