alison
After attending a henparty at the weekend, I have now decided to go straight for a cube, BUT, the delivery is not until 12th August!! Do I get my Eglu and chickens on the 16th June, or wait for the cube? I was so excited, now a bit despondent, wondering what to do! I am a childminder and the "mindies: are so excited about it, but if I wait they won't get to see the chickens until September, as I work term time only Alison _________________ 3 Burmese cats Moet - Chocolate Clicquot - Blue Bollinger - Lilac Chickens yet to be named, but a theme is already set by my love of champagne! StephanieSB
Oh, that's a tough choice Alison. It will all depend on how addicted to chicken-keeping you think you might become (if you think you'll eventually upgrade to a cube later, I mean). It might be worth the wait in that case... but then again... a whole extra month of having your own chickens if you get the Eglu! Sorry... I'm no help! Egg Lou
Personally I would wait as you are bound to want more chickens at a later date.. I've had my girls 4 days and would love more already! The cube really is worth waiting for!
WitchHazel
Second hand eglus go for a lot of money. You could always sell your Eglu as soon as your Cube arrives.
