Yes - I asked this question a while back and got a very positive response. I bought a pair and love them so much I just bought another pair.

My problem was lower back pain caused by poor posture, as I lost a lot of weight my posture was all over the place and I was in considerable pain. I bought these and after wearing them for a few days I started to feel much better. I wear them a lot now as I enjoy the workout and the benefit to my posture which can still be sloppy at times.

thanks, I've read some conflicting views, the consultant discharged me yesterday, he was really suprised I had done so well after what he had to do to my ankle, at first he thought I would need an adjustible brace to correct the position of my foot, but one the plaster & big boot were off decided that I could get away with a small ankle brace but may have to wear it for a year, but thats off too and I have an elastic sports support on until I feel confident to do without it, not bad in 4 months

yes I cannot believe how good it is, was very traumatic in the begining, sitting at home on morphine, shouldn't have been discharged the next day really, some sort of admin mix up, Dr says I need the other ankle corrected before I break tendons there too, but it'll have to wait until next year to plan it better with OH & work, I know what to expect now & will not be letting them book me as a day case again  it shouldn't be such a big op next time, less damage, still I dont want to be falling over I'm of a certain age & bones start to become fragile, I'm looking for a yoga/pilates class locally now
