Have you got one of those small plastic greenhouses? - I would if I had some cover for them like that.

They will grow quickly at this time of year, but I would be inclined to go for a bush or hanging basket variety because they tend to mature and ripen quicker.

Thank you for that. It's given me the confidence to plant the seeds when I got home from work tonight. I have a coldframe which is hot in this weather to start them off and by the time they are bigger my greenhouse will have arrived.
