4m x 3m Omlet pen, cube, new auto door still boxed and coop light

I have just picked a bush full of white currants and another of red currants and loads of blackcurrants still to do.

 

Any ideas/inspiration? I still have loads of blackcurrant jam left from last year and freeze some (along with raspberries) for winter pavlova's, plus I can make some fruit creme brulle (uses yolks when I make meringues), but no other ideas.

Put them in a huge crock pot with a lid and some rum.

 

Add strawberries when in season (now), blueberries, blackberries, raspberries and lots of seasonal fruit. Keep topping up the rum. Decant to cover ice cream or use in desserts. It lasts forever.

 

Smoothies can be made and frozen too.

Add them to cupcakes? I think that dried currants are traditional in fairy cakes, but fresh currants might work even better--like blueberries in muffins.
