With regard to your champagne - what is the shelf life? That is assuming that there would be such an abundant supply that the greediest guzzlers of this delicious nectar haven't downed already!

I'm not sure, to be honest, as ours is usually guzzled pretty quickly. However, we did manage to save a bottle until Christmas a couple of years ago and it was lovely . We treat it as a summer delicacy and enjoy it as soon as it's ready to drink on nice hot summer evenings .

OH wants to make lots next year, so he wanted to know if it lasted a while. DD loves it - sneaky little monster - I shall have to mark the levels next time! My mum and dad like it too. Mum says it is quite fizzy enough for her.
