Cinnamon
Anyone know what this is & more importantly, where I can find it in the Supermarket? Its for a recipe I want to do - a sort of Bakewell traybake, & I am having trouble getting it.
Guest
Ground rice-This is rice that has been ground to a co"Ooops, word censored!" powder, it has a similar consistency to ground almonds and is a creamy white colour. http://www.waitrose.com/food/cookingandrecipes/cookinglibraries/glossary/glossary.aspx?type=0&id=283 if it's not with the rice then try looking in the flour section and/or the baking section. If you can't get, maybe semolina flour would work just as well
Guest
do you have any international food type shops near you? If I want something 'unusual' I use Mattas International Foods in Bold St. Not much good to you but maybe you could google for one in your area?
