how long do they last in the fridge?

Mmmm, I love olives especially the ones stuffed with anchovy with garlic and chilli

 

mine don't generally last too long because I eat them all

 

I have been told that really fresh olives can be frozen. But I think if they are loose ones then maybe a week in the fridge. I guess it depends if they are in oil or brine.

I have a packet in the fridge from the supermarket and it says once opened eat within 5 days, but they won't last that long in my house.

It depends what they are in. Not long if dry packed or in brine but they will keep for ages in oilve oil
