The_smeeeths Posted July 9, 2008 Share Posted July 9, 2008 Hi Guys I have just been out to let the girls out and one of them has a bleeding toe. All the other girls (14) are pecking at it. I have seperated her while I rush off to work but need a soloution fast. I am going into hospital tomoorow for a op and will have one hand out of action for 2 weeks. Typical!!! Christian Posted July 9, 2008 Share Posted July 9, 2008 Is the claw missing? Or has she split it? You can run the claw on a bar of soap to stem the bleeding. Give it a good wash first in salty water or tea tree oil solution to kill of any nasties. The best thing to do would be to keep her separate until the bleeding stops. Hope she is better soon. Once the bleeding has stopped, a squirt of gentian violet spray will disguise the blood and stop her pals attacking her. Good luck re the op.
