Had'nt seen this until today, but one of our pekins was pruning the others feathers and then the other joined in.

Yes they seem to. Mine tidy up each others faces too.

Yes, cleaning each others faces is the funniest thing to watch - they put so much trust into each other

i've noticed them gently peck each other's feathers if there's food stuck to them. When they do that beak kissing thing, I think that's also to eat any food stuck to other's beak.

Thats so cool...well I never knew that! Its the bum preening That I think is funny. These pekins seem to have it down to a fine art. Their so full of feathers back there that getting a friend to help is probably the only way you dont miss a few!!
