Steve.
This is Betty's first Egg. And she looked a bit shocked by it all ... as I was too!!! 45 grams according to my electronic scales. "Ooops, word censored!"ody told me how lovely and warm they are when they come out No cleaning or anything required - that's how it was delivered. Now my other 4 chickens have to pull their socks up and get laying. I was surprised as I thought Wilma would be first as she is the biggest. Looking at all the comb's and wattles, Betty's is the reddest, the other's are still slightly pink. Quite excited - taste test tomorrow! The neighbours probably think I am potty as I thanked Betty for the egg.

Probably fried - is that a good choice? Haven't had a chance to scoff it due to work

Betty was just standing there looking rather shocked by it all and needed a gently helping hand about 5 mins later into the main part of the coop.
