Patridge bantam chicken poorly foot?

Hello all

I've just inherited a spare one of these from a neighbour. Do you think this would be OK to use to for chicken poo? I was going to buy another composter, but was then given this.

Thoughts?

If I remember rightly you can put a small amount of cat poo in it but not much - it was designed for food digesting! green stuff and cooked food. I may be wrong and someone will come along and tell me so I did not dig mine in - I gave it away as we have really hard clay soil and it is dreadful to dig and it needed a large hole!!

Looked up the website and it seems to be just food and kitchen waste - the compost bin is for the other stuff.
