Patridge bantam chicken poorly foot?

I am so cross odered a converter and some grub and glugs at the weekend and wa sgiven a delivery date of tomorrow, i am working so arrange dfor my daughter to stay in all day tomorrow to await the delivery, got in tonight to find they had tried to deliver today, when no one was in! i called and they will deliver tomorrow, but seems like there are ongoing difficulties with deliveries doesn't there?

Our converter arrived early but it didn't need a signature so it was no problem
