Blossom has given us 3 eggs now, 3 days in a row, they all have been 32g exactly.

 

How long after laying do the eggs start to get bigger?

Raquel has been laying for 2 weeks now. Her first was 39g and the last week's worth of eggs have all averaged 52/53g. Yesterday we had a 75g egg but we are pretty sure that it was Betty's first egg (she's much bigger than the other chooks) although she hasn't laid today so not sure!!

Our Bluebelle started off with eggs at about 40g and about six weeks later 60g plus. Every so often we get a double yolker that's about 70g.
