Patridge bantam chicken poorly foot?

We've had our new chooks just over a week now and they are doing fine. Even our existing chook Cilla is getting used to them, but still likes to show them who's boss, so we cant put them all in the same run yet.

 

Anyway, we have noticed our white chicken Snowflake does yellow poops. Is this normal?

 

So glad my hubby has taken up the job of poop scooping the garden and cleaning out the eglu. I do get a bit squeamish with that kinda thing

One in 10 poos roughly is like yellow chicken korma "curry poos" - it's when they clear out a different part of the gut, nothing to worry about If it's every time then maybe try cutting down on treats or greens or adding some bokashi bran to their food, that should firm things up a bit

Perfectly normal in a chook that is settling in.

 

A handful of Bokashi Bran i her pellets might firm it up a bit.
