Patridge bantam chicken poorly foot?

Something is seriously strange with Matilda. She has spent a lot of today standing hunched. She does run for treats though, and has eaten, but not massively well. What has really disturbed me though is that just now she looked like her crop was moving of its own free will, wiggling from side to side! She was clearly uncomfortable and stretched her neck up, moving it around as if trying to make it feel better. It looked very strange.

 

I picked her up to try to feel it, and she was sick a little bit of water. She is standing still now.

Could she have swallowed something like a frog do you think? Just a guess.

 

Why not have a good feel round.
