Patridge bantam chicken poorly foot?

We have a cousin form the US with us. She has been doing the 'tour' thing and visited Ireland, Bath etc. With a new camera. She has accidently deleted her photos. I have discovered there is free software and software to buy. Has anyone on here used anything? Any recommendations?

Try the free software first, if that doesn't work then there is no point paying for software, the pics are gone

This is good software below, never needed to use it in anger, worked a treat during a test.
