Patridge bantam chicken poorly foot?

I am so disappointed. We have just assembled our , which was delivered today and have found a fault inside, on the bowl of the nesting box. The plastic appears to have split as it is so thin on one side of it. It's as if the plastic has not cast properly in production. I am due to get my chooks on Wednesday. Has anyone else had this problem?

Oh no! Poor you.... you must call Omlet HQ first thing in the morning to see if they can help you out......... Is it useable at all????

I'm going to try and resolve it tomorrow whilst at work. I think the Eglu would be usable temporarily if I put a piece of strong tape over the split. I just hope I don't have to send the faulty one back before they replace it.

Give them a call tomorrow, I'm sure that they will sort it out for you. Explain that your chickens are arriving on Wednesday and they'll make sure they do a swap.
