Patridge bantam chicken poorly foot?

As I haven't eaten meat for months now I have to offer myself an alternative at Christmas so with all the lovely recipes out there that I could choose from I wondered if you had any favourites you could tell me.

 

I still want to offer it with the standard Christmas dinner as my children and husband will be having meat (I couldn't persuade them to give it up )
