LJ's Chooks
My vet said that i wouldn't need to worm this autumn, just another dose of xeno 200 - is this true or can i use flubevent and xeno at the same time so i dont have to do 2 lots of egg withdrawal? Egluntyne
It is a form of Ivermectin, which is a wormer. There is no egg withdrawal with Flubenvet though, so if you decided to give that separately, you would still be able to eat the eggs. LJ's Chooks
thanks egluntine... i think i'll go with the Xeno - then at least i am protecting against lice as well... egg withdrawal is a downside though, but it's only a week... my vet again said 2 weeks but i think everyone else has been told one week... Egluntyne
It is for the course of the treatment and for one week after.
