Is this a good idea and where would I get one of these little coats from? One of our chooks Cilla is getting old now, she is even looking old. And for some reason she is moulting even though the weather is cold, so she is looking a little bedragged Maybe we need to keep her warm with one of those "coats?" dancing cloud Posted November 26, 2008 Share Posted November 26, 2008 In light of all the great advice and suggestions in my thread, I spoke again to my work colleague and she has talked to MIL about roofing and wrapping the run to protect from the worst of the wind and rain, rather than wrapping the chickens She'll still make a couple of jackets just in case there are any real oven-readies, but will hope not to need them (even though they do look very cute ) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
