One of our hens is struggling to get around. she seems fine in herself but when wlaking, she is very slow and is using her wings to counter-balance - could this be Arthritis? If so, is there anything you can give them to help?

I wouldn't give this as many "natural" sources are chicken based.

 

Has she sprained her self or fallen?

 

Why not examine her carefully to make sure that you can't feel a fracture.

 

If you can, then a trip to the vets is in order.

 

If you can't, try her will a bit of extra calcium such as limestone flour. It may help.

My grandad used to rub in embrocation into his cockrel's legs when he became rather old and rheumy.

Have you checked for leg mites - that can rough the scales up and make them lame if it gets too bad.
